Call me closed minded, but they're kissing each other on the mouth, and I've seen too much shit like this in anime to think that this is an innocent scenario.
You guys, this is Accelorator (guy) and Last Order (girl) from A Certain Scientistic Railgun/ Index. (They show up in both series and both stories follow the same timeline) anyways, no they aren't related but they care for each other like family. It's really sweet if you knew their history.
How the hell can you tell, almost every anime character looks like that, and there isn't even color in the gif, so it's even harder to tell which character they are.
I can tell because of Last Order's (girl) hair. It's very unique. And also Accelerator's hair is very distinctive. Futhermore, their in an anime that's on my top 10 list. And i've seen this gif before on an anime website which explains who the characters are.
Not even joking when I saw the heading I thought it was called 'breast feeding' and I checked the comments and wondered why the fuck nobody was mentioning it was called that...well anyways
