I was once given a shot of 20 year old scotch and no one told me what to do with it so I gulped that shit like it was 15$ a bottle and everyone looked at me like I was a monster and that was the time I wasted an expensive ass shit of scotch

clean stones, that were put in a freezer to make them really cold. that way the drink gets cold and there's no water runoff like what happens with ice
