I was gonna say that these aren't just british things, but then i got to the last one and realized I make sure to say "you're welcome" as loudly as possible so that the person feels ashamed and embarrassed by their actions or lack thereof and realized that thats probably a "very american thing"

that last one always irritates me, I say thank you but I am an unfortunately quiet person so I get people who say "You're Welcome" sardonically all the time
