Colors to represent when the bread was baked

It was too expensive to get the plastic made in pink so they didn't make it at all :P

if your store leaves baked goods on the shelf long enough for you to ask this you need a new bakery.

that is a decent way. Knowing me, ill probably screw it up and add a p for purple in there somewhere

I don't at all understand what B G R W Y has to do with the days of the week...

Once more and read it slowly the first letter of the colors goes in ascending alphabetical order corresponding to the days in the week.. B is for blue g is for green ..b comes before g therefore b would be the first day of the week which is monday and green for tuesday and so on and so forth ;)
