Last time I checked...
You can do close pushups which work triceps and wide pushups which work chest (and triceps).
Lifting light weights with lots of reps builds muscle mass. Lifting heavy weights with few reps builds muscle tone. Or maybe that's backwards...
Almost. Low weight high reps creates muscle tone. High weight low rep creates muscle mass. You build up around ten pounds over what you want to weigh then use the town down ratio for maximum tone. This gives you the abs, chest, and arms your looking for.
I can do them but I'm not sure if my back's arching horribly or not. I also use the form where your one arm is in line with your legs and you torque your torso as opposed to keeping my body straight and having my arm slightly to the side; it helps me with balance because I keep my feet together as opposed to shoulder-width apart.
I work out monday - friday, on the first 3 days i work diferent muscles and the other days i repeat the previous order... I wonder if i should just go 3 times a week.
Everyone has a 6 pack. But that layer of fat is what makes it look otherwise. It depends very little on how much muscle you have, it's mostly dependent on your fat percentage.
It's literally impossible to have an 8 pack unless you remove your bottom ribs.
