So...I have nothing to fear as long as I don't post anything questionable? What the worst that can happen, my photos are used without proper copyright attribution?

Just forget it, cause when you sign up with facebook you agree to their terms and conditions. As a user, you are not their customer, you are their commodity, so you cannot claim customer rights. The idea that such a disclaimer would render your agreement or parts of it void in any way is naive, to put it very, very friendly.
