it still has more red in it than yellow does, its a light orange, a high yellow orange, but its not yellow.

Agreed. In fact, in this image, the color value (5x5 pixel averaged) of the lightest spot of the juice that isn't white is R: 255 G: 232 B: 45 ... clearly there's still red in there.

Well that's RGB. There has to be red in it to make yellow. What are the CMYK values?

2,3,92,0 at the lightest spot... 0,32,100,0 at the darkest ... Ok, so there's a lot of yellow, but it still looks orange
