Except that it is mandatory in plenty of other countries to learn English concurrently with their official language. Also, those are not the only countries with English as their official language.

Maybe they all eat more vegetables than Americans and British.

its almost like fat and alcohol are just one of many factors that cause a person to be unhealthy, almost like if you eat a lot of fat and drink but do OTHER things right your risk is still minimized!
