That's really sad

I know this will get downvoted but... How does this help? The boy is not actually doing any of these things. Sure, he can look at the pictures and pretend that he actually did them, but he didn't. That seems a little cruel, in my honest opinion.
Also, I don't mean to be hostile, either. Perhaps someone can explain it to me?

If I was him by the third picture I'd be like
