Try: ctrl alt del
If that doesn't work try: unplugging it then plugging it back in
Now if it's still unresponsive try: a hard reset by rubbing the undercarriage, it'll loose all of its memory so hopefully you have a back up.
If the hard reset works you'll know because your arm will be scratched to shit.
