That's the perfect place for mosquitoes. Don't do it if you have a problem with them.

Or put some small fish in that will eat the mosquitos

gold fish would work. you would just have to bring the pot or the fish in in the winter (unless you live in a warm environment, Unlike me where it is superposed to snow tomorrow)

For some reason it made me think of a song and I thought they'd pave part of it and make a little parking lot for hot wheels.
