Thank you. A decade of social enforcement cannot undo tens of thousands of years of biological evolution. There are intrinsic differences, and there will continue to be. It's not offensive, not wrong; it's nature and fact.
In a word: reproduction. There are dozens of other trends as well, relating to genetics, skills and even social preferences. There are distinct differences between the male and female brain (Google it). Neither is superior, and both are remarkably similar (because they are the same species, of course), but both are different.

Okay, I googled it. I still failed to find these reports stating "MEN CAN'T RAISE CHILDREN BECAUSE PENIS, WOMEN CAN'T WORK CONSTRUCTION BECAUSE VAGINA." Exactly what bearing does reproductive function have in first world countries anymore?
I all for real equality and would not let man say they are superior. But let's face it men are naturally stronger. Of course there are many exception. And obviously women carry children and do most of the work raising children (again, there are exceptions)
I think what's important to realize is that yes, men are naturally stronger, but that doesn't mean women can't be just as strong or be just as good at the same physical activities as men, it just means women are going to have to work twice as hard to reach the same level.
Unfortunately they aren't always treated the same, definitely not in certain parts of the world.

Every group has outliers. There are women similar to men in both physical strengths and brain chemical composition and there are men similar to women in physical skills and brain chemical composition. The only real constant difference is in reproductive process, which in many cases modern science has made a non-issue. This argument pretty much only still exists as code for "I'm need to he able to claim it should be socially acceptable to say all things with vaginas are weak and if it has a penis it's not allowed to cry."
The idea that 'men and women are equal bit just have different roles' pisses me off. Just because women might naturally be better carers does not mean that women should be forced to be carers and men should be forced not to be. And just because men might be naturally better at physical labour does not mean that men should be forced to be manual labourers and women should be forced not to be. Your sex should never ever get in the way of what you want to do.
Ok, but what about in China, where girls where killed so the family could have a boy, or in some countries where girls are sold at the age of 12 to older guys? How may I ask is this equal?
yes but we also need to be fluid in our definition of gender and what roles they play, its old school diatribe to say "women are better at this and men are better at that" when what is female and male is ever shifting in our society. In the end everyone should have the same opportunity and right regardless of gender.
What can a woman do that a man can't?
