i think its a love hate thing, i always thought that it was weird when people purposely covered up freckles growing up, and as an adult i love how girls who are just smothered in freckles look, and i love when you get people of mixed races with a smattering of freckles... its just so lovely...
I don't think so unless there's something up, like being unhealthily thin. I get some people are naturally very lean, but if it's too extreme then they should definitely do something about it if they can. To be able to see your spine ridges is not a good thing
no i have seen peoples bumps up high like that on folks who are not super skinny, its just one of those things where some people are shaped a bit different.
Based on instinct alone, I would still say that something isn't right, especially for those cervical and upper thoracic vertibrae. They should be more protected by muscle because they are where everything begins to really converge with the spinal chord and the brain stem.
