The unaware employee prank

I went to a trade school for construction painting. We had a game where you take a stick ( stirring sticks, brush handles, rulers, etc.) and poke someone in the butt with it. Once, we had 20 students and they started attacking each other. After a while, everyone had their backs to the wall, in a perfect circle, trying not to get poked. Next thing you know, one of the students arrived late; he walked in the door and right into the middle of the circle. He stopped and looked around and asked what was going on. Every single person descended upon him, with their sticks, and he got a royal butt poking.
