It's hard to know that it doesn't matter how much you eat, you don't gain weight. People come up to me daily asking me if I'm sick and anorexic. I get horrible insults thrown at me every single day. There was a time my friends watched me as I ate and followed me when I had to go to the toilet and put their ears on the door so they could hear what I was doing in there. I told them a hundred times I wasn't sick, but they only said they did it for my own good.

I know not everybody goes through this but as I said, I stuff myself with food and I'm still skinny. I'd rather gain weight and excercise to accomplish the "ideal body". I'm tired very often and I keep comparing myself to others which makes me extremely insecure. Not many people know this.
... Ummmm, why are you spending that much time with your GF's mom while she is away? Also this woman is controlling and her lack of knowledge about nutrition is troubling.
If you are looking to gain weight, (and really only if YOU want or need to gain weight) nuts and whole oat products are a healthy way to put on weight. Many people who are thin develop high blood pressure because they can eat foods with that are high in cholesterol and saturated fat without putting on unwanted weight. Pizza is not the answer.. even if it is super tasty.
