Pearls inside of an oyster

This is the lungs of somone who smoked one weed, don't smoke weed it's the most dangerous drug out there.

That looks like an oyster from a pearl farm, where they plant many seeds in the oysters to give a high output. Natural pearls don't occur as often as that I believe.
