I've found that as soon as I mention the bathroom to male teachers they automatically become really compliant and squeamish. Like they assume that I am on my period just because I need to pee in class time

reasons i love being an adult. as an adult even if i work someplace that wants to try to deny a bathroom break, i just go ahead and describe in detail what will happen if they do not allow me to go and wonder out loud who will clean up my blood trail when they do decide its wise to just give me my way.
I remember reading a story ( it might have been not always right or not always working ) and this company wanted to uncreative productivity so they decided to time bathroom breaks, it was like 2 minutes to pee and 3 for a dump, then the girls were like " okay but what if we're on our periods ? " and the guys were like " what ? That doesn't take that long, you have two minutes like when you pee ? " and then they didn't adhere to the rules and so they didn't enforce them after awhile.
its pretty much illegal to enforce time limits, or to make people report which they are doing to give them a time, lol. but companies will do certain things, like force people to sign in and out and to "monitor" the break lengths and shit. when my gastro issues flare up sometimes i get shit for it, but again, i tend to over describe exactly what i am doing so its been awhile since anyone harassed me for taking so long.
try going to Australian schools... we dont bring our bags to school so we get asked why we are bringing our pencil case or why we are putting our blazer back on in 35 degree heat
