My friend always says that you use 1 or 3 monitors never two, could someone explain what he means.

Probably just his preferance. I use 2 monitors.

Probably so you don't have the bezel right down the middle of what ever you're trying to do.

Oh, well i dont have mine like in the picture. I just have it so i can multitask. Even with 3 monitors i dont like the way it looks to have it stretched across all the displays because of the spacing in between .

Yeah. I am use to the extra space but i never have one stretched across multiple displays.

I think the 3 monitor thing is for gaming. Duel screening is fine for anything else though :p

Also, can you really count a laptop as a monitor? i mean you can but I dont, it is like no.
