We would have at least debt free public college if young people would vote. The elderly have Medicare, Retirement benefits, and all kinds of other things because about 90% of them vote. If you don't vote, your representatives don't have to consider your opinion.

You mean subsidized college. Free college would be about as educational as this site.

Everyone's taxes? Can I, at 18 choose to opt out of paying taxes for free public college if I go to a private institution? Or will scary men with guns from the government force me to participate?

We are 17 trillion in debt, I don't think a tax increase will pay for free school without taking away everyone's money

You should be able to have your payments based on your income.
