I agree with Pixiedust. Sure they shouldn't be doing it in public, but it isn't your right to take pictures of them. You shouldn't take (or distribute) pictures of someone unless you have their permission, no matter how "creepy and weird". It's disrespectful and rude.
Someone else that agrees with me? Cool. In my freshman year of high school, some girl (that didn't particularly like me), took a video of me tripping and crashing and burning in PE when we were practicing the high jump for track. She sent it to everyone in the school. And it made me feel great. (sarcasm). People came up to me, saying they had seen the video, saying it was hilarious. Yeah, my feelings were hurt for a long time. So next time you think about taking a pic and posting it/sending it everywhere, have a little humanity. Just be decent people, please.

I'm not saying it's right but it is not against the law to film or take pictures of people in public spaces that's all. Rude yes but illegal no.
It doesn't matter if it's illegal or not, it's called basic human decency.

Oh I'm sorry I didn't know it was basic human decency to have sex on a car in public.... you want privacy go somewhere private. And it does matter because I was arguing the fact that it was invasive when in fact it is not
I'm NOT at all saying the couple should have sex on the car in public, I'm saying that taking pictures of people (in general) without their consent is wrong. The couple shouldn't have done what they were, but taking pictures isn't any better; two wrongs don't make a right.
You said that if "you want privacy go somewhere private", but say you do something embarrassing in public and someone you don't know just happens to capture it on camera. They than proceed to post the picture/video on the Internet for everyone to see. Can you honestly tell me that it wouldn't bother you? Not one single bit?
So many people act like they have the right to photograph you because you are in public. The fact is, you can't stay inside the privacy of your own home all the time, you need to leave the house. People should have the decency and respect to let each other go about their day without the need to record every single thing that is odd or out of the ordinary.
But clearly that's just my opinion.
Totally agree with you, angel. Having someone record one of my most embarrassing moments and send it to everyone was really really hard on me. I can't imagine how having pictures spread about an intimate moment would make someone feel.
Clearly you guys are taking something that was suppose to be funny way to seriously

Yes they are. But I know when I'm in public anyone could be filming me or taking me picture and I conduct myself accordingly. If someone catches something embarrassing happening to me oh well. You learn to brush things off a little easier when you're an adult. My point is when in public be well mannered and act as if anything you do will be caught on camera.
