This is so true. Down side is that many phone apps will use the terms and conditions to essentially allow them to monitor all of your incoming and outgoing calls, complete internet history, banking info, complete contact list, and allow them to pass that information on to third parties without notifying you. Never trust them if the terms & conditions are longer that 2 or 3 pages, and make sure you at least check the apps permissions.
