I'm pretty sure that the creator of this post is aware that vaccines don't cause autism but that they are implying that even if it were true that they'd rather have an autistic child than a dead one
I dislike posts like this. Rather than presenting an argument it, it shuts down all intelligent discourse, but saying something both harsh and that they know to be untrue.
It's called a logical fallacy and it is one of politicians favorite ways to derail an actual discussion.
