Thats extremely difficult to do during panic attacks and/or anxiety attacks. My anxiety attacks can get so bad i actually need to take medication to calm down.
It seems that way to those who do not suffer from anxiety attacks. Those who do, know that it doesn't work that way. Your brain does not let you. No matter how much you try, and how much you tell yourself it's silly to panic over the thing, your brain says panic anyway.
I wish you'd posted this earlier when I was dreaming that I was having an anxiety attack and then woke up because I started to have an actual anxiety attack
