Science is the latest religion, a belief system that explains the way things are.
Only problem is every observation made is tainted by the limited senses of the observer, with only 5 senses and an understanding of 4 dimensions, the data gathered is still limited to perception.
Science is not a religion nor based on beliefs. It's based on facts whether we like them or not. Also science can change depending on fact, while religion won't change, even if you present hard cold proof against their assumptions and lies.

What gloriouslypurposed said, only with one caveat: science is based on repeatable, measurable observations that can be reproduced by anyone. Since it can change we should be careful about using the word "fact" but the point remains the same. Religion is a belief system based on ritual and tradition and by definition can't easily change, scientific conclusions can change on a dime with the discovery of new evidence. Science IS limited by the technology and senses of its time, and religion is limited by its adherence to systems that don't update as fast as humanity progresses.
This original post is actually irrelevant to the subject of the video, because deciding whether the theory of evolution depicts what actually happens in the world or not can be done without having to rely on other senses or embracing other dimensions.
Also, mathematicians and physicians can understand more than 4 senses, and scientists know as a fact that we have more than 5 senses. We have at least 8 or 9. This "5 senses" shit comes from, guess who? Aristotle, who was a brilliant philosopher but a terrible mathematician and a pretty bad scientist in general. This video depicts him as "one of the greatest scientists of all time", but it is terribly wrong.
As for the other "bitches" this video is about:
Galileo has defended and expanded the heliocentric theory developed a century before his works by Copernicus. The latter had no proof that the world worked that way, hence the word "theory", BUT he showed that the heliocentric hypothesis made everything work way better and provided simple explanations to weird shit no one could explain before, and this is an absolute requirement for something to be called a theory. If I say shit like "the Moon is actually made of candy, I know it", it's not a theory, it's bull crap. A theory is an idea that makes everything around it make sense.
The theory of evolution is a theory in the scientific sense: it gives the simplest explanation we know to everything biologists have observed and observe on living species.
The rest of Galileo's and Newton's ideas were not theories but beliefs, and everyone believes some stupid shit, including my humble self. It's natural.
It's not a religion. Religion is based on belief. Science is based on understanding. In science your belief doesn't matter because at the end of the day this reality is what it is. It is fact not intuition.
