Milk that has been processed isn't natural. Unless you're drinking milk straight from the udder, it's highly likely that it has been through a million different processes before arriving in your fridge.
Yes, all cats are lactose intolerant once they reach about 2 months of age. Obviously they can have small amounts, but it probably makes their stomach upset.

Actually I have had milk that's pretty much straight from the udder. We milk the cow into a cup that has some ground up mexican chocolate and some moonshine and have ourselves some warm milk. good family bonding times.
