Are people not aware of this wonderful invention known as a television? It has a large screen, good speakers, remote control and it stays upright all on its own.

Yes, but not everyone can afford the on-demand services that can come with it.

yeah as a college student I can't afford a tv at the moment, but I'm able to afford my phone so this is great.

and if you're extra absurd like me the tv is too old to hook to anything that supports netflix (except the wii but thats hooked to a different tv) so its just easier to watch movies you don't own on the phone or kindle.
