i hate when people are in line for a long time, finally get to the front, and then decide to look up at the menu for what they want. I mean, look before you get there, it's people like this that cause the delays

I'm nearsighted but only recently realized it thanks to a handy trip to an optometrist. Before glasses? No way I could read that dinky poorly lit sign
