Somehow I think the pigtails, giant bow, and deliberately flattened chest contribute to the little girl vibe more than the bangs... Or maybe I'm just bitter about it because I'm a girl with bangs

I'm thinking her shirt pulled down in the first and over her boobs in the second is the real affect, she could just be Russian if she didn't pull up her shirt in the second.

Maybe high school? Looks like she's definitely in high school
