Great questions to ask your interviewer

At my interview, I used "Do you have any reservations about my abilities to fit this position?" and it stumped them. Makes you seem confident and shows that you really want the job.

It really depends on the type of career and type of company you're applying for. I would like to see more focus on non-corporate interview questions.
