I don't get the irony. Doesn't it say no job is s simple that it cannot be done wrong?

And whoever's job was to put that phrase on the paper did their job wrong.

Yeah but it could have been done intentionally to prove the point (unlikely). And irony would be them saying that every small job can be done right.
