Agree with stoner. It could well be a "property" tat, but if anything it's gang affiliated. Human traffickers keep a lower profile than that. Yes they sometimes brand their property but they do not want everyone to know their slaves are slaves so the tats are on the wrist, ass, ankle, etc. Most likely just poor judgement and no plans for the future.
