I've been in this situation practically everyday of my life

This goddamn text post is my entire life

This is my life, like turning in homework, or test,ir even lunch plate it's crazy man

Sometimes I forget that not everyone thinks this way

I hold my breath when I have to sneeze. I always end up doing it anyways, but I get so anxious and worked up that I try and postpone it as long as possible.

The wierdest thing I do is wait out side school until some one from my class goles in so I can see if I have the corect uniform even after checking my schedule 5 times.

the story of my life is that I think i have social anxiety, but I don't want to go to a doctor to know for sure because I'm too anxious

I know I should feel bad for all of you but right now I am a bit relieved that i am not the only one who has severe anxiety.
