It's a common practice of dentists to prescribe anti-anxiety meds for patients undergoing a procedure. Maybe the artist doesn't know how long it takes for medication to kick in or maybe the patient took it too late. Idk I didn't write it, I'm not trying to debate, I'm just explaining something that it looks like a few people didn't understand.
