I don't know about the other two, but I would call 911 to have the old lady driven to a hospital; an ambulance would be much faster than my car if she was in very bad conditions.

Then take the friend. It's creepy to pick up a stranger, especially if you have wild notions about them being the person of your dreams. It's also creepy to get out and wait with the stranger just to force contact.
