You can buy empty light bulbs at some craft stores

Be sure to use gloves like in the picture, cause you'll probably break something the first time you try it and pretty much everything in a light bulb will cut you if it's broken.

Man vs pin tried this. He cut himself so many times before he went and bought a jar that looked like a light bulb in a crafts store.

This is also how people smoke crack…seriously. Sounds crazy but it's a known thing in the drug world.
