I thought about it. I get getting the pic he is photographer but i would have helped after. Probably did not happen but i would have donated the price to help kids like that
I read that he wasn't allowed to touch her to avoid spreading disease to her. Since her immune system would be really weak, and disease could kill her. :(
Actually,photographers,and such,are not actually allowed to interact.They are just there to take pictures.I'm not sure why they're allowed though.

Just curious. Where is that rule written? Even so, I would risk my job to save a life. Then let another photographer do the same, etc, etc and eventually things will change. Maybe. Is it the government where these pictures happen saying they aren't allowed to or some other entity. I acknowledge my ignorance in this and would like some input from people in the "know".
I only know of this rule,because it was on the news.Some photographer broke that rule when a fight broke out between an adult,and a small child.I think it only retains to outside that reporter/photographer's country.
The girl was crawling to a food station and when she stopped to rest the vulture landed behind her. She actually did make it to the station but nobody knows what happened to her. There was nothing really the photographer could do, as journalists weren't allowed to get close to the famine victims.

This reminds me of a situation many, many years ago. A woman was being gang raped, and a photographer stopped to take pictures but didn't help her. Didn't even call the police. I think she sued the photographer but I have no idea of the outcome.
how is this the content that should be on a site called funsubstance? if i wanted to break my soul in half and destry the little faith in humanity i might still have, i'd have watched the people getting blown up on the news.
As much as this isn't a fun or funny post, sometimes I think we need a little perspective... there are a lot of, OMG fat people are fat, my parents are terrible, why is school so boring, why can't people use turn signals (seriously why!?) ... I mean we can't be consumed by the terrible things... but it is good to occasionally be reminded that we should look beyond ourselves.
For those who are saying he should've done something: photographers are cannot come into physical contact with famine diseased people. It's their job to only photograph and by "helping" her he could've killed her.
The job already killed him. Why critize his work when he's already taken his own life over it?
Yeah maybe he knew he couldn't help becausr like it has been said things like bacteria. Idk. Maybe he was depressed to have seen so much sadness in the world. I would had still donated the money (idk if he did)
