I've never been to a dmv, is it really that bad

I consider the DMV a horrible place. Shit is serious in there; It is truly a battle for survival.

Yes it's that bad. Every walk of life has to go to the dmv. No matter how rich or poor your are.

I second that. the dmv over where I am have miserable people working there. they're rude, mean, and slow.
