I stuck a pencil in the fan on one of these during math class once in Jr High. While the teacher was using it, he gave me a nasty look.

I was using one of these in second grade with a group for spelling, and suddenly it popped and turned off and my teacher yelled at me. YA WANNA KNOW WHAT REALLY HAPPENED? One of the kids in the back popped a bag of chips, and I had accidentally bumped the switch at the same time. I was almost sent to the office because a kid couldn't figure out how to open his chips properly, and I'm a clumsy fuck.

Kids nowadays will never enjoy the prank of having to flip the film thingy over when the class was copying notes and teacher was looking away and then they see the whole text is flipped backwards and everyone goes batshit because time was running out and I'm a bad person for doing that in the first place :D
