Well, I have personally reached the point where I just want others to be happy.
Luckily, somewhere along the lines, I met people who believe that me being around makes them happy. So I stick around.
This is true, but I use to be this person and the problem is you need to take care of yourself as well or in the end you become a burden on those who care for because you aren't seeing to your own issues and happiness.

I gave up on myself I'm a piece of shit that will die soon
No, this will pass. This is a moment in your life when you don't have everything figured out. Taking care of yourself, even little things will make you feel better. 10 minutes of meditation, a nice salad, some fresh air.. it'll make you happier.. even when you want to have a good awllow.
Good one stille i need that advice too . lady deadpool we can do it! Hey at least you know how to meditate! I start thibking about other sruff! :/ now you have to practice more and add something new. Like a new hobbie
All I can tell you is if you take care of yourself it gets better. You get better at dealing with the hard stuff. You get stronger. So even if things don't go the way you want, you can deal with it without feeling the world is ending.
Some recommended meditation you can find on ytube. They are all very different
Agapi Leads Meditation
Guided meditation the seat
Mindfulness Bell - A 5 Minute Mindfulness Meditation
I also highly recommend this book. It's a pretty easy read, but its more science based. This is why you feel this way and here are ways to cope.
Emotional First Aid: Healing Rejection, Guilt, Failure, and Other Everyday Hurts
But step out of the defeatist loop. You can see yourself spiraling and it's hard to stop, but you have to step aside and focus on something else. The more you do this, the better you get at it.
