Ok coming from an american who is tired of hearing the girls in his country make ridiculous claims about british men. Honest answers calling all british, canadian, or just any nonamericans what is the truth?

Top picture is mainly posh/middle-class/wealthy. Bottom is just street life in rough areas. But even these are just generalisations, anyone who goes to school wears uniform. And the wealthy do get into situations like the bottom picture
