He is doing pull ups. That's called kipping.

A kip is a basic gymnastic bar move. This flailing, spastic movement is just made up cross fit nonsense.

A real pull up is when you don't kip. Kipping gives you more momentum so it's easier for weaklings to do it. Plus the military doesn't allow Kipping

I used to hate in crossfit and onlu did bidybuilding training until I tried it, it's extremely tough

Not real pull ups, don't do this. You place undue stress on your shoulders and several import ligaments and tendons. You can severely hurt yourself. Pull ups should be slow and methodical and if you "kip up" the downward motion after the apex should be controlled with as little movement (side to side or front to back) as possible.
