also women can pick out differentiation in colors a little bit easier than men so they could see through camo while men have better sensitivity to movement (both developed early on in human development for survivability women for harvesting-gathering, men for hunting)

Yes this is all good and fun, but snipers like Carlos Hathcock and Chris Kyle are some of the best snipers in war history. Carlos sniped a rival sniper in a jungle. A JUNGLE. That can't require more patience. A good sniper is a sniper no matter how you slice it, and the differentiation in gender makes no sense to me. I'm not trying to hate on female snipers; they're badass; but to say they're better is a little biased. Just because they are better in relationships with patience and stuff don't make them better at killing people while getting shot at.
