i have some small problems with the picture who needed then 3 seperate walkmans 5 if you include the Music centre and the boombox, 3 sets of headphones + the speakers, 3 radios all at the same time?
The one hanging from his wrist isn't a walkman its a voice recorder. The one thing is also a tv not a radio, also at least one of the radios is not portable hence the need for the (somewhat)portable boombox on his shoulder as for the second walkman it appears to be an am/fm radio and the one in his chest pocket is a discman which is a very early cd player.
that on his chest pocket canĀ“t be a cd-player it is not wide enough there is a cd next to the walkman infront of the midi-system and another walkman is next to the voice recorder. with the tv you are right is hard to see the display
I can't tell what exactly the thing on his chest pocket is, but it is not a MiniDisc player. It says "sports" on it and Sony is the only company that made the MD format, and it would clearly say Sony and MiniDisc. I think it is a radio specifically for jogging, but the picture is not clear enough. The unit on the left, on top of the speaker could very well be a MiniDisc player. What gets me is that's a freakin Betamax VCR in front. Beta lost out to VHS in the very early 80's.
It plays an enclosed disc about the size of a floppy
