Maybe he's saying that since women play video games more than men do, it's still being marketed towards men. This leaves an untapped market of females that game companies can just sink their greedy teeth into.

Garlog, what this video wants to say that games like CoD Assassin's Creed shouldn't be unorthodox for women to play. It shouldn't be seen as anti-female to love video games. There may be games for women out there, but they're all bright colored and creating this barrier that if a girl is playing anything that has a T for Teen rating or higher, that they have something wrong with them.
