Well, let's see; Bush handed him an economy that was tanking, gas prices approaching $5/gallon, a real estate market that crashed and burned, people losing everything they owned, a full blown war in the middle east.
Everything you mentioned is valid, but I don't think Obama's policies had anything to do with the turnaround. His fiscal and monetary policies don't really differ from Bush's. It's not a slight on him, but markets expand and contract cyclically and he benefitted from that.
One of the worst three presidents of all time. Prolonged the recession, allowed radical jihadi islamicism to flourish, reduced the respect the U.S. Had all over the world...good ridance.
