I was going to make some sort of witty retort to your reply, but instead I find your advise useful, and I'm too lazy to think of anything that would work as a good comeback, so I'll just accept defeat, and move on.

Besides, minions aren't the big problem - it's the ubiquitous minion stuff in conjunction with completely unrelated topics. Besides, it is, for once, not JUST the minions.

Yes, but if you're doing your dream job with a bad boss, you're actually spending half your time doing either theirs or your co-workers' jobs. Or, worse, not actually getting to do any of your own because they have a misconception of what it is.
