Drug possession as an adult should not be a crime, period. However, the really fucked up part in US drug laws is that you'll get punished way harder for possessing crack cocaine compared to powder cocaine. Now one of those is used more by rich and/or white people, one by poor and/or black people. No need to guess, is there?
