I might be wrong, maybe the only problem is your study strategy. Let's see:
If you study all night it just means you will get to the test exhausted. Your brain can't think properly in that state, so you fail.
I propose: study at least 2 days before the test, and sleep well in the night before.
You don't need to spend much more time studying than you already are, just change the strategy a bit, and you will see much better results.
Please, at least give this a try.
