I watched this documentary thing about Star Trek franchise once, and Brent Spiner and Denise Crosby were talking about the franchise's fans and the fan mail the cast receives. They had a box of stuff they brought to show the camera and even commented on how much Data/Tasha Yar x-rated fan art there was.

If i were famous i would have a youtube channel in which i read fanfics aloud and freaking laugh whenever my character said something that i wouldn't say... Someone should make me famous already i would be every fan's dream
