AH YES RANTY TIME FOR TYLER
Once upon a time I bought all the textbooks I needed. But then I never touched half of them until a few days ago because I had (and still have) a shitton of tests for some reason. So I'm poking around my stuff and I can't find this one textbook because it got stuck to the back of a folder and when I lifted it everything came up at once. So I go and buy a $175 textbook and instantly discover upon returning to my dorm that oh look here's the book. So 24 hours and 30 minutes later, I attempt to return the book but nope no return ever ever ever. So now I'm stuck with a duplicate piece of shit.
I would recommend getting textbooks from anywhere else other than your university bookstore. You can find them a lot cheaper online. A website called Chegg lets you rent them and when they send you the books, they send you the return label. So at the end of the semester when it's time to send them back, you just box them up, put on the return label and ship it off. A lot of students at my school use it every semester.
